Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframes

We ship via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

 

Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping to both UK and EU destinations.

Please note that we do not currently ship to the Republic of Ireland.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via the methods listed here. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
