Shipping policy

Hong Kong delivery:

- Before 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday

- Does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Hong Kong public holidays.

Designated delivery methods:

- Door-to-door delivery and self-pickup at SF business points

- Self-pickup at SF smart lockers, SF stations, and/or SF cooperative points

- Member recommendation/activity discounts for orders under $500 are only available at SF smart lockers

Delivery Time:

- Generally, goods will be shipped within 7 business days of the customer receiving the order confirmation email, handled by a local third-party logistics company.

- Delivery will be completed within 7 to 10 business days after shipment (except for pre-ordered goods). Remote areas will require an additional 1 to 2 business days.

- Pre-ordered goods will take longer, and delivery is expected to be completed within two weeks.
